IFA TRACKER
IFA Tracker helps providers of financial products to target Independent Financial
Advisors (IFA) by querying Money Marketing's subscriptions database.
Users can search the database for IFAs and record their own data in user defined fields. Updates of Centaur's
IFA database are provided either by CD or over the Internet.

IFA TRACKER ONLINE
IFA Tracker OnLine enables users of Money Marketing's web site to analyse the subscriptions database. A sophisticated query interface is used to determine how many IFAs match specific criteria. Requests for mailing lists of selected IFAs are submitted via automated email.

CONTACTS AND MAILING SYSTEM
Aztec Computing assisted BTA in developing a bespoke contact management system
which is used throughout the organisation. Various attributes can be assigned
to each contact. A sophisticated search screen allows contacts to be easily
located. Standard letters and labels can be produced from the system.

CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Maintain details of all conferences taking place in the UK including a history
of past venues. Several contacts with their addresses and contact details are
held against each conference record. A report detailing all conferences occurring
within a specified period is published periodically.
