PIVOT
The Pivot application is used for the provisioning of telephone numbers.
Orders submitted via email are automatically validated,
uploaded into Equant's Oracle-based billing system and
activated on the telephone exchange. The system also produces
OFTEL Key Performance Indicator reports.

FORECASTER
The Forecaster system is used to calculate customer and carrier profitability.
Using daily traffic figures and cost and revenue rates, various analysis reports
are produced. Data is extracted from the Oracle-based billing and traffic
systems.

Aztec Computing provides technical support for an externally developed system.
Gold manages cost data for all lines and produces analysis reports which feed

CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Maintain details of all conferences taking place in the UK including a history
of past venues. Several contacts with their addresses and contact details are
held against each conference record. A report detailing all conferences occurring
within a specified period is published periodically.
