The largest of these systems, known as PIMMS, is installed at BTA's overseas
offices throughout the world. The offices receive requests for travel brochures
and details of suitable accommodation on a daily basis. The application supports
BTA's operation allowing users to enter brochure requests, manage contacts
and generate mailing labels.

ACTIVE HOLIDAYS SYSTEM
An application to maintain activity and special interest holiday information,
including course and publication details which are based on submitted questionnaires.
Contact details are held against each activity record. Reports include mailmerge
and labels.

CONTACTS AND MAILING SYSTEM
Aztec Computing assisted BTA in developing a bespoke contact management system
which is used throughout the organisation. Various attributes can be assigned
to each contact. A sophisticated search screen allows contacts to be easily
located. Standard letters and labels can be produced from the system.

CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Maintain details of all conferences taking place in the UK including a history
of past venues. Several contacts with their addresses and contact details are
held against each conference record. A report detailing all conferences occurring
within a specified period is published periodically.
